Respond to a chaperone invitation
Accept or decline a request to chaperone an athlete from your email.

Open the invitation email
You will receive an email inviting you to chaperone an athlete. Open it and tap the button or link inside.

You will receive an email inviting you to chaperone an athlete. Open it and tap the button or link inside.

Accept or decline
The email has two links: "Accept assignment" and "Decline". Choosing "Accept assignment" records your response right away. You do not need to sign in to respond from the email link.

If you decline
The decline link opens a short form. You can add an optional note in "Reason (optional)", then choose "Confirm decline". Choose "Cancel" if you change your mind.

If the link doesn't work
If you see "Missing invite link" or "We couldn't record your response", the link is incomplete or already used. Sign in and respond from the "Chaperone" dashboard instead, or contact the athlete's family or an administrator.
